Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with returns, refunds, and store credits.


1. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, refund, or store credit:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Once your request is approved, return the product within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags, trims, clips, and accessories intact

3. Return Conditions

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered garments will not be accepted.
  • The customer bears the return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a verified quality or manufacturing defect.
  • Any damage caused during return transit is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered in the following cases:

Quality or Manufacturing Defect

  • After the defect is verified and the item is received back at our warehouse, a refund will be processed.

Item Unavailable After Payment

  • In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your payment, a full refund will be initiated immediately.

Situations Not Eligible for Monetary Refund

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Customer preference issues
    In these cases, you will receive store credit / coupon code.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued as follows:

For Quality-Related Returns

  • PayPal or
  • Bank Transfer

For Customer-Initiated Returns

(Example: sizing issues, changed mind)

  • You will receive a store credit / coupon code equal to the product value.
  • Store credit can be used on your next purchase.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
  • Store credit is usually issued within 48 hours after return approval.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
However, once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order using:

  • Your refund amount, or
  • Your store credit (in applicable cases)
